The Mosaic at Oak Creek would feature 10 buildings, each three stories tall, built on 18 acres along Dean Street and the corner of Old 41 Road in downtown Bonita Springs. There will be 273 rental units in this community.
The buildings and the clubhouse are located near the property’s southern border. A retention pond and seven acres of preserve land are included in the design.
The complex will feature several types of units, ranging from large two large two bedroom to small one bedroom units. The smallest apartments with full kitchen and washers and dryers will be priced about $1,000 a month, depending on the market stated developer Marc Mariano.
Marc Mariano a partner with Mosaic Development said Bonita Springs $18 million downtown improvement project helped jump-start the project.
He further stated the Bonita Springs site is absolutely gorgeous, but the street scape the city did made the deal very attractive.
Construction is expected to take about 18 months, but the first buildings could be completed in a year, Mariano said.
